Do you come to the customer?
Yes. Our services are designed to be provided at your home or another suitable agreed location. We will confirm access requirements when arranging the booking.
Do you need access to water and electricity?
Some services require access to an outdoor water supply and a standard electrical socket. The exact requirements will be confirmed before your appointment.
What happens if it rains?
Light rain may not affect every service, but heavy rain, unsafe conditions or unsuitable curing weather may require the booking to be rearranged. We will discuss this with you as early as possible.
Can every scratch and paint defect be removed?
No. Some marks may be too deep to remove safely without repainting. We will assess the paint and explain what improvement is realistic before correction work begins.
How long does a detailing service take?
Times vary according to the package, vehicle size and condition. A maintenance service may take a few hours, while correction, coating or extensive interior work can take considerably longer.
Does ceramic protection need to stay dry?
Most coating products need a controlled period without rain or water after application. We will use a product appropriate for the working conditions and explain its exact curing requirements beforehand.
Is re-sanding included with driveway cleaning?
Re-sanding is treated as a separate stage because it depends on the paving type and condition. Where it is recommended, it will be clearly shown on your quotation.
